How to Use the Lab
1. Open the Simulator

2. Read the Current Mission
Check the mission or task displayed in the interface.
Each exercise provides an objective that you can complete by entering the appropriate Linux commands.
3. Enter Commands in the Terminal
Type a Linux command into the terminal prompt and press Enter.
For example:
pwd
This command displays your current working directory.
You can then try other commonly used commands such as:
ls
cd
mkdir
touch
cat
clear
4. Use the Command Reference
The built-in command reference provides useful Linux commands that you can practice inside the simulator.
When available, use the Copy button to quickly copy a command and then paste or type it into the terminal.
Try to understand what each command does instead of simply memorizing the syntax.
5. Complete Missions and Levels
Work through the available missions step by step.
As you complete exercises, your progress is saved automatically in your browser using local storage. This allows you to return later and continue practicing from where you stopped.
6. Reset Your Progress
If you want to start again from the beginning, use the Reset Progress option.
This clears the locally saved lab progress and restores the training environment to its initial state.
